All-American Promotions will be promoting a Professional Boxing Card December 27, 2003 in which there will be sizeable donations made to several local charities and organizations. Rob Calloway will be donating his fight purse to these charities and organizations as well.
All-American Promotions has offered Byron "Baby Bear" Polley an opportunity to earn a $10,000 fight purse. Byron has the opportunity to box Rob Calloway on the December 27th date.
All-American Promotions offered the following to Polley:
1) Guaranteed $1,500 purse for the 10 round bout.
2) If the bout goes the distance (even if Polley loses every round) Polley will earn an extra $5,000 for a total of $6,500.
3) If Polley wins the bout his fight purse would increase to a total of $10,000.
Byron verbally turned down this offer today with Rob Merritt and myself of All-American Promotions and Rob Calloway present as well.
There will be more to come regarding the charity bout in December in the following weeks.

DALLAS CITY, Ill. — Amateur boxers in all weight classes from Illinois, Missouri and Iowa are expected to participate in a match Saturday, Oct. 25, sponsored by the Dallas City Boxing Club.
Weigh–ins start at 1 p.m., with doors opening at 4 p.m. and matches beginning shortly thereafter in the Great River Community Center in the former high school building.
Sponsors expect more than 25 USA–sanctioned boxing matches to be held throughout the evening. For more information, call Coach Lester at (217) 448–4401. "
